To the 70th anniversary of Valery Belashov

       The article analyzes the life and scientific path of the teacher of the O. Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University. V.I. Belashov is a graduate of the Faculty of History of Kharkiv University. O. Gorky. Since 1979 he has been working fruitfully on the pedagogical field as a teacher, associate professor, head of the History, Law and Teaching Methods’ Department of Hlukhiv University. Jubilee is a well-known local historian who has written a number of works on topical issues of political, economic and cultural history of the Hetmanate of the XVIII–XVIII centuries, a famous researcher of Hlukhiv's history
